Can I use Simply4Me products with my current skincare routine?

Of course! Our products are designed to complement your existing routine. However, for best results, we recommend using our 4-step routine consistently.

Are your products cruelty free? 

100%, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. Simply4Me is committed to providing products that are ethical and kind to all creatures.

Do Simply4Me product have any harmful chemicals?

No. We take pride in creating products that are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, formaldehyde releasers, alcohol, dyes, and any other harmful additives.

How frequently can I use my under-eye masks?

For best results, we recommend using your under-eye masks at least three to five times a week.

Can I use my under-eye masks daily?

Yes! Our under-eye masks were formulated for safe daily use. Their hydrating and healing properties will keep your skin healthy and glowing.

How many masks come in a box?

Every box contains 20 individually packaged pairs of under-eye masks (great for trips and sharing with your friends 💜). 

Payments and Subscriptions

I just paid for my order, what happens next?

Check your inbox! You’ll receive an email confirming your order, a second email when the carrier has picked it up from our distribution center with your tracking information, a third email when it’s out for delivery, and a fourth email when it’s been delivered.

So if we’re not all over you with email updates, please check your spam/junk folder!

All orders placed before 12 p.m. Mountain Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Mountain Time (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be processed the next business day.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are month-to-month and renewed automatically. You may cancel your subscription anytime with no obligation. 

For example, for your monthly subscription, your provided payment method would be automatically charged once a month and you would receive your products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order yourself.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course! You can cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the “My Account” link at the top of the homepage. 

What happens if my payment can’t be processed?

If your subscription can’t be renewed because a payment can’t be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Simply4Me accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Which countries do your ship to?

At this time we are only shipping within the United States. Please check back soon as we plan to add additional markets in the near future. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered via UPS or USPS and arrive between 3 to 5 business days. 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Sure can! You’ll receive an email after your order is picked up from our distribution center with all your tracking information. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder. 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (with plastic seal) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Attn: Simply4Me, 6112 N Mesa Street, Unit 340, El Paso, TX 79912. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Simply4Me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping label cost will be subtracted from the total refund amount to the buyer.

What items are nonreturnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as final sales, free gifts, or promotional items with retail value. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
